Senior Recruiter PR/Communications - North America market

We're ideally looking for a passionate, ambitious individual with the right level of experience in recruitment and leadership to head up this division.

Key responsibilities:

Manage clients' recruitment processes in an exceptional manner act in a consultative manner using your expertise
Develop new business within the East Coast, USA market, utilising a range of methods
Arrange and lead client meetings for a range of purposes, including fee negotiation, representing Reuben Sinclair in an impeccable manner
Assist and guide Recruitment Consultants, utilising your expertise to aid their development

What we are looking for:

Proven experience recruiting within PR & Communications or the US market
Ambitious individual with proven skills in 360 recruitment experience
You have experience in managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets
You have the ability to negotiate new business
You're committed to delivering the best possible service to clients and have demonstrable experience managing key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated

This role is based in our central London office, 1 day per week in office (Tuesday). Office is open 5 days per week if people wish to be in more.
