A brilliant opportunity has opened up for a
Finishing Foreman / Woman to join our client who are a leading international infrastructure group, with capabilities in construction services, support services and infrastructure investments.

Wherethey create infrastructure; support communities and enable growth. You would be working on a major construction project based in Smethwick.


Daily duties of Finishing Foreman include but are not limited to:

Site Foreman will be responsible for finishing trades onsite, they deliver a high specification finish, on time and on budget.

They will work closely with the site personnel to deliver project finishes to a high standard.


Additional responsibilities include overseeing from first fix stage right the way through preparing and managing snagging lists, reporting on sub-contractors as well as maintaining a high level of Health and Safety.


  • Monitor outputs.
  • Identify any minor faults on a new build property.
  • Push for hand over with various trades, i.e., carpenter's 1st & 2nd fix, painters, plasterers ETC.

The ideal Finishing Foreman will have:

  • Comprehensive understanding and experience of a wide range of construction techniques and best practices.
  • Relevant CSCS Card
  • SSSTS
  • Attention to detail
