Finance Analyst - Inside IR3- Hybrid Remote £275 PAYE

Key responsibilities:

  • Support in tracking and processing Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipting and invoices correctly in the P2P system.
  • Resolution of P2P queries and issues with Budget Managers, Procurement, Finance, Payments Team and Suppliers;
  • Provides advice and guidance to Budget Managers and Requisitioners on the P2P process and Procurement policies;
  • Support of the Service Now P2P process including producing user documentation and training for users.
  • Housekeeping of the P2P records to ensure financial management forecasting is accurate and data quality is maintained;
  • Work with the Procurement and Supplier Management teams to ensure the pipeline for the purchase of goods and services is managed proactively and no disruption to service occurs.
  • Undertakes the required Procurement and Supplier Management processes ensuring compliance with Procurement and Financial policies and that the agreed controls are applied to mitigate risk. Ensure these policies are applied and complied with regular testingof controls;
  • Spend records, identifying any anomalies, overspend or areas of concern; and ensure all purchase orders comply with the Societies capitalisation policy.
