A day-to-day will be providing general 2nd line support to customers whilst delivering the best customer service, logging all incidents and requests, and providing support/ mentoring to 1st Line Engineers.


This company mainly focuses on Citrix, VMware and Microsoft so knowledge on this needs to be strong
