As a Development Underwriter, you will play a critical role in the success of our client's business.

Your responsibilities will include developing and underwriting new business, maintaining relationships with a panel of brokers, and providing outstanding customer service.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and producing reports as needed.

Underwriting a profitable book of UK Property and Casualty business
Developing and underwriting new business
Building and maintaining relationships with a panel of brokers
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining accurate systems and documentation and producing reports as required

Here are the skills you'll need:

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on being part of a successful team
Existing relationships with a number of brokers
Advanced communication, negotiation and analytical skills
ACII qualified
Ability to work with a variety of systems and look for efficiencies in business processes
