Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable solar PV labourers to join our team.

As a solar PV labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our installation sites or similar work environments.

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to perform manual labour and operate a variety of tools and equipment.

Duties:

Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Taking instructions from the team leader
Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
Operate hand tools and power tools as required
Assist with basic welding tasks
Provide support to skilled tradespeople as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:

Previous experience in a labourintensive role, such as roofing
Mechanical knowledge is a plus
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
Ability to take instruction and complete tasks as requested
This is an entrylevel opportunity

Skills:

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods of time
Excellent handeye coordination and dexterity
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
