JPMorgan Chase & Co. has expanded its consumer business and we have launched a new digital retail bank in the UK. We are offering consumers a completely new banking experience.

Under the Chase brand, the bank provides products and features tailored to meet the needs of customers in the UK, made available via an innovative mobile app.

Our team is at the heart of building this new venture, focused on developing offerings that put the customer at the center.

We have created a new organization and we are looking for solution-oriented, commercially minded, customer-focused engineers, used to working in a true agile environment who want to be a part of something new, built from the ground up as a green-field with zero legacy initiative within a global, diverse and inclusive team.

CRM Systems Administrator - Chase UK

Ensure that CRM installations run as intelligently and efficiently as possible through continuous improvement and management
Work in an agile environment with a team of developers, product owners and testers
Administration and support of Salesforce
Logging and managing identified problems through to resolution
Deployment and release management using CI/CD

Requirements:

Salesforce administration and configuration experience
Understanding of declarative automation features within the platform
Certified Salesforce Admin (ADM201) and Platform Developer 1 (App builder)
A good knowledge of SSO
Experience and knowledge of different authentication and authorization protocols
Experience and knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing features Shield Encryption, BYOK, General Sharing
Experience and understanding of Salesforce APIs
Experience in sandbox and environment management
Experience around data loading, and data management
Willing to learn newer features within the platform, through Trailhead and Salesforce certifications
Deployment and release management using CI/CD

- preferably VS

Strong understanding and experience in Certificate Management

Soft Skills

Ability to plan ahead
Ability to communicate efficiently and clearly
Willingness to be proactive (ex, looking for system improvements or bugs)
Willingness to take ownership of work
