Customer Representative duties:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Providing quotes to customers.
  • Running reports.
  • Working towards KPIs.
  • Keeping company CRM system up to date.
  • Dealing with existing customers as well as onboarding new customers.
