My client is looking for a proactive HR Advisor to get involved with the HR strategy and help improve the employee experience across the board. What will you be doing...
- Managing ER casework and advising on complex cases using your HR knowledge and people skills to create the best outcome for all parties
- Setting up new employee records on the internal database using HR software, ensuring all new starters have all the resources they need from day one
- Liaising with the Payroll department to ensure all leavers are accurately processed and strong channels of communication are maintained
- Act as a well known point of contact for managers, guiding them as needed to ensure all processes are followed in the proper manner
- Managing the monthly newsletter for all staff and creating engaging content for staff to help boost awareness of the companies functions and current climate
- Any adhoc duties as required by the HR manager with the shared goal of a strong HR function
- Have at least 2 years experience in a HR role, advisory experience is essential
- A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is essential
- Have a track record of supporting internal changes and improving the HR service delivery
- Strong people skills as you will be encouraged to meet and form relationships with various staff and managers for this role
- A passion for working with people and a desire to continually develop yourself and your knowledge
