Process Transformation Specialist (Accounts Payable), £48,000-£54,000+ 15% bonus, Basingstoke, hybrid (1-year contract)

The key duties involved for the Accounts Payable Process Transformation Specialist, are as follows:

  • Recommended ''best practice'' ideas and processes
  • Improve global processes & assess the significance of these changes
  • Identify ''bottlenecks'' and inefficiencies within the system.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders regularly to ensure information flows.
  • Prepare and train users on new changes
  • Understand how processes may need to change over time to reflect the growth of the transactional finance team.
  • Drive automation and standardisation to the maximum extent.
  • Ensure compliance to rules & regulations.
  • Experience with large and complex organisations / shared services
  • Experience with Netsuite or Concur is desirable
  • Experience spearheading AP transformations.
  • Experience in accounts payable.
