**The role
**About you

To be successful in this role you'll be capable of communicating clearly, honestly, and enthusiastically, and be ready to deliver difficult messages with clarity and sensitivity.

Explaining complex issues in a way that is easy to understand will be a keyskill, as will providing a positive customer experience by understanding the complexity and diversity of needs and expectations.

We'll expect you to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service, and proactively manage risks and identify solutions.

You shouldalso be able to build and maintain a network of colleagues and contacts to achieve progress on shared objectives, and challenge assumptions while being willing to compromise.

With a minimum of a 2:1 honour degree in your first degree or equivalent high levelacademic or professional experience, you must be qualified to practise as a Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive in England and Wales.
