Our client has an exciting project in the Govan area.

We are looking for someone who has a strong Welding background, preferably within the marine sector, although other industries will be considered.

The role will be working on a project of restoration. The project is to last for approx. 7 Months. Hours of work will be
7.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 7.30am - 3pm. This contract will operate via an umbrella company at the rate of £20-21 per hour.


No codings required as training will be given.
Majority of work will be full penetration butt welds on 8mm thick deck plates using a ceramic backing strap.

The successful person must be prepared to also work as part of the team and help out when there are no welding activities.

This will include general labouring work, prepping work etc.

This is a great opportunity to work on an exiting project with significant historical heritage.

This contract will commence immediately.

£20.00-£21.00 per hour
