Permanent - Full Time

A highly respected professional estate agency with offices in Slough, Berkshire are seeking an experienced
Property Manager to join their team.

This highly responsible
Property Manager role will involve covering all aspects of managing the Lettings property database.

You will be a person who can communicate effectively with Landlords and Tenants, ensuring Landlords instructions are adhered to as well as following current legislation.

The role includes but is not limited to: ensuing all properties have valid Gas Safety certificates, issuing works orders making sure the works are carried out and the Landlord and Tenants are kept updated, dealing with deposit and serving appropriate notices.

Previous Property Management experience is an essential requirement.

Skills:
The skills required for thisProperty Manager(Estate Agent) role will include:

Previous experience in Residential Property Management
Good understanding of Lettings and Property Management procedures
An understanding Section 8's and Section 21's
Demonstrate a professional approach to customer service
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to prioritise workload
Be able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
