Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an Administrator to join our client based at their site in the Granton area of Edinburgh.
You will be site based, working Monday to Friday either 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5pm.
This is a busy role where your duties will include:
- Carrying out receptionist duties
- Maintaining the document control function
- Uploading Documents and maintaining records
- Carrying out inductions for employees, onboarding, and 1st day checks
- Ensuring that all communication is logged on various systems
- Understanding, implement and maintaining client and internal SLA's.
- Assisting with daytoday general enquires into the office.
- Placing materials and plant purchase orders.
- Maintenance of plant registers, material requisitions etc.
You must be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of business.
You must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to a minimum 12 month contract.
