Cars2 are a highly successful motor retailer based in West and South Yorkshire.We have grown extensively in recent years and now represent several of the world's leading motor brands, including Hyundai, SEAT, Renault, Dacia, MG & Nissan.
We are now looking for a Sales controller for our new MG Bradford Site Opening soon.If you are an experienced and ambitious Sales Controller, looking to further advance their career, this opportunity is definitely for you.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working as a highly involved Sales Controller you will be:
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Understanding people and their expectations.
- Doing whatever it takes to for the delivery of products or services to meet those expectations.
- Identifying and solving customer problems quickly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Developing and using ways to measure, keep track of, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Fostering a company culture dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationships.
- Listening (and implementing) customer feedback.
- Building personalized customer experiences.
- Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
- Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
- Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
Skills
As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:
- First class Selling and Marketing skills
- ideally gained within the Motor trade
- Welldeveloped leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force
- Sound knowledge of employment best practice
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and reprioritise workloads
- Uptodate knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices
The Person
The role would ideally suit a highly professional and dynamic Sales Controller with a strong track record in the automotive sector and the following qualities:
