The role
We are looking for a capable individual to provide support to our Income and Collection team. You will provide high quality compliance on all areas related to income collection and recovery. Please note the team work a mix of office and home based working


This role is part time with hours of work being Weds PM, Thursday and Friday all day.

Part time salary is £11,563 - £12,848

Interviews will be held in person on 3rd April 2024


This role is part of Customer & Communities where you'll help us to lead the way keeping our promise to more than 100,000 customers.


What you'll achieve

  • High quality record keeping, reviewing case notes and records
  • Collating documents for court ensuring accuracy and following policy and procedure
  • Work on online portal to review records and manage any compliance issues.
  • Liaising with internal and external teams

What you'll bring

Essential skills

  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience and ability to interpret basic data reports
  • Good customer communication skills.
  • Manage and prioritise own workload to ensure all deadline are met.
  • Recent experience of office administration role working at high volume.

Desirable skills

  • Experience within Social Housing sector
