I have experience in communicating with customers online, helping them solve their issues with any worries that they have. I am organised, efficient and able to deliver high results in pressurised work environments. 

My core skills: telephone call handling, executive and personal assistant, communication skills with all levels of staff and client.

I am passionate about working face to face with clients and to assist with staff as I feel my abilities would rather be better in person 

I am currently working as an operator in my family business, called excelsior cars.

my job roll is:

• Checking for availability before approving the bookings
• Check incoming bookings to see if customers have fills in any forms or emails correctly and flight numbers 
• Checking if flight have been delayed or about to land
• Dispatching jobs to relevant drivers 

i have worked with this business for a couple of months and want to move on to start a new.
