• Tailored services for various venues, liaising with promoters, managers and corporate clients to secure bookings.
• Working closely with the marketing department to implement the brand message and strategy across all communications channels. Liaising with graphic and web designer on contents, art and brand direction for events artwork.
• I work on multiple events simultaneously, making effective decisions and maintaining regular communications with artists and clients to ensure successful delivery of events.
• I manage budgets, including purchase orders, deposits, contracts, invoices, and paying artists fees.
