During his tenure at JLL Technologies, Aayush held the role of Senior Business Intelligence Developer. He played a pivotal role in establishing a robust framework for data management and sharing, resulting in the digitalization of processes and the successful completion of over 100,000 client feedback surveys. Aayush's leadership skills shone through as he engaged account leads and vendors, aligning for business cases, and led product vision initiatives. His proficiency in data analysis and reporting was evident in the 20+ analytical reports he built, which delivered crucial insights to C-level executives. Aayush also led automation and process improvement efforts, reducing manual work by 80% and achieving a 30% decrease in turnaround time. His contributions extended to managing a team and collaborating with vendors to ensure data quality standards.

Before JLL Technologies, Aayush served as a Senior Data Analyst at HSBC Electronic Data Processing India, where he guided a team specializing in client-facing engagements, data research, and report delivery. He played a key role in the migration of reporting inventory to self-serve Qliksense dashboards, significantly reducing turnaround times. Aayush also took ownership of building critical dashboards for C-level executives and successfully managed cross-functional initiatives.

Aayush's career began at Latentview Analytics as a Data Analyst, where he developed an Excel dashboard for a US retail client, improving workforce scheduling and contributing to the company's success.

Aayush pursued a Master of Business Administration at Imperial College Business School, where he served as the Head of Events for the Consulting Club. He excelled in key modules such as Strategy, Big Data AI & ML, Data Analytics and Visualization, and AI Ventures. Notably, he contributed to international consulting projects, assisting a UK digital mental healthcare client with a US market entry strategy and providing analytics and insights to a fast-food client in Colombia.
