Accountancy Elite/360 Recruitment Consultant (Apart of the Elite Group)

February 2022 – March 2023.

In this role I was responsible for 50+ clients across the UK where I handled the entire recruitment process, from start to finish, I was in contact with both the hiring company as well as managing all the expectations and needs of candidates. I researched, identified, and attracted candidates using all appropriate methods and job boards such as Indeed, CV Library, REED, and LinkedIn to satisfy job requirements, applicant screening processes, and arranged interviews to determine their suitability for each role. 

Internal Recruitment – During my time at Accountancy Elite I was given the responsibility of recruiting two Bookkeepers which have both been successful. 

Dental Elite (Apart of the Elite Group) Recruitment/Business Development Consultant.

March 2023-to present.

Whilst I enjoyed my time at Accountancy Elite, I was given the opportunity to move over to the Dental department which I accepted as I wanted to explore and experience different industries within the recruitment world. My role includes speaking to candidates, identifying what they're exactly looking for in their next role, identifying prospective clients, reaching out and pitching hot candidates I am currently working on behalf of, getting new business, creating, and maintaining relationships. 

Benchmarx Kitchens/Sales and Kitchen Designer 

June 2021 – February 2022.

My day-to-day tasks at Benchmarx was to visit customers sites to take room measurements for designs, I would then create bespoke designs using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Once customers were happy with the design, I would then produce quotes to show the total cost of the kitchen, we would work as part of a wider team to meet sales target.

Coversure/Customer Service Assistant 

April 2019 – June 2021.

In this role I was solely responsible for providing support to the sales team who would arrange insurance policies for clients. I also maintained accurate computer records and followed compliance procedures, I would also advise new and existing customers on products, I was training to build strong relationships with clients and understanding their general insurance needs, providing mid-term adjustments, and delivering first-class customer service and sales advice.  I was mainly dealing with household, motor, and commercial insurance.

CIA Insurance/Administration Clerk

October 2017– April 2019.

An average day working in the Administration department consisted of liaising with customers via email confirming insurance, sending additional service purchases, and checking over documents to ensure all relevant information was correct. As a team, we would use an in- house computer system to administer insurance policies and update our diary system to ensure we were meeting deadlines. Further to this, I would often use excel spreadsheets to quote insurance, and cross check what clients inputted online. This role was heavily customer focused and I would often spend time with clients discussing and going over their policies to ensure it met their needs.
