I conducted a thorough evaluation of the fundamentals of the UK Housing Industry, showcasing my proficiency in performing in-depth analyses. Utilizing Multi-Equity Valuation Methods, including Price to Earnings, Dividend Yield, and Discounted Cash Flow, I demonstrated strong skills in various valuation approaches. Furthermore, I performed ESG integration for Bellway Plc, focusing on carbon emissions and net-zero strategy, aligning with TCFD, COP 3, CSRD, ISSB, and the EU sustainable directive. In addition, I collaborated with Finance Directors and senior fund managers of prominent organizations in the industry, gaining insights into their short-term and mid-term growth plans. This experience underscores my ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and contribute meaningfully to sector-specific analyses.

I completed my MSc. in Financial Analysis & Fund Management at the University of Exeter from September 2022 to September 2023, achieving a Merit with a score of 69%. During this period, I served as a Portfolio Analyst for the Exeter Student Investment Fund from October 2022 to June 2023. In this role, I honed my skills in financial analysis, contributing to the optimization of returns for the real money fund. I successfully constructed a beta-neutral portfolio, incorporating alternative investments, and provided valuable investment recommendations. Through effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders, I played a key role in securing funding for the real money fund, enhancing my leadership and interpersonal abilities.
