I am an Applied Developmental Psychology postgraduate with specialized experience in behavioural support and special needs care. My professional journey includes:

Currently, I work as a Positive Behaviour and Learning Assistant at CAMPHILL COMMUNITY GLENCRAIG in Northern Ireland (November 2024 - Present), where I focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.

Prior to this, I completed a placement at Sólás Autism and Additional Needs Charity in Belfast (January 2024 - March 2024), where I developed my skills in critical thinking and creative problem solving.

I spent a significant period (August 2022 - August 2023) at St. John of God Centre in Pampady, Kottayam, where I served in two roles:

• As an Assistant Psychologist, conducting student assessments, administering tests, and developing intervention plans, implementing individualised educational plans and counselling.
• As an Assistant In charge and Caretaker, providing specialized care for children with diverse special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down's Syndrome, and Intellectual Disability.

I also gained valuable experience as a Clinical Trainee at KVM Trust Group of Institutions (September 2021) in Cherthala, Kerala.

My educational background includes:

• MSc in Applied Developmental Psychology from Queen's University Belfast (2023-2024)
• Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi University(June 2019-March 2022)
• Certificate Course in Counselling from Mahatma Gandhi University (2022-2023)
