I am an extremely hard working and motivated professional.

I’ve amassed over 18 years experience in financial services specialising in various customer care roles including leadership and operations. I also have 5 years management experience in these fields. Currently working part time in this field, I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer care resulting in tangible results exceeding company expectations.

My parallel part time job involves offering practical and therapeutic support to clients undergoing acute crisis working in partnership with the NHS. Working in the mental health sector for a survivor led service where I use a person centred and trauma informed approach to support people in acute Mental Health crisis.

I supervise a small team of crisis specialist workers who I coach, train and support with wellbeing. I Champion Diversity Equity & Inclusion across both roles and in my personal life.
