I strongly value difference between people, i actively seek out types of thinking and encourage others to share their opinions and feedback , promoting an environment of openness and honesty, more over i  am open to both positive and constructive feedback from others and using the feedback to benefit my own development. I Have taken a bootcamp course from Firebrand and have gained knowledge of information security management and Microsoft azure , additionally to this i am undertaking a google course of cyber security which i hope to finish by then end of month i have certificates which i have gained through the bootcamp, moreover i throughly go through Kali linux to see what i can develop in within the OS system.
