Experience
I am a highly educated project manager with vast experience of working alongside and with key stakeholders in health, social care and education. In particular working alongside Local Authorities within the UK. I have substantial experience of working with and formulating specialised provision for young people between the ages of 4 – 25 with Special Educational Needs and Disability, in conjunction with the SEND Code of Practice and the Children and Families Act. I have exceptional leadership skills with invaluable experience and success in large scale line management of 21 highly skilled Mental Health and Wellbeing practitioners who operate complex caseloads. I am responsible for the strategic planning, coordination and execution of a county wide alternative provision as well as the management of individual and team developmental needs, to ensure the highest level of specialist support for young people accessing the service. I have a proven track record in the effective delivery of outcomes and objectives in line with statutory requirements and deadlines. I have excellent verbal, written and IT skills. I have significant experience in effectively building and managing large stakeholder relationships across the Education, Health and Social Care, as well as effective communication with parents and young people to ensure outcomes are person centred and in line with Local Authority views. I excel in fast paced and high-pressured environments, ensuring all deadlines are met. I am highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to young people's lives.
