I am a punctual, driven and focused individual. I have varied experience in both customer facing roles and organisational and management roles, although I am keen to develop my skillset and tackle new challenges as an employee. I am attentive, quick learning and thrive in a team environment.

END. DEC 2021/ FEB 2024
At END my role has progressed from sales assistant to stock room assistant. I am responsible for my time and task structuring, and utilise organisational and communicative skills to ensure proper support for the workings of the store.
Whilst I greatly enjoy working within the team at END and have built some lasting connections here their recent decision to condense into a single site has resulted in a reduction of available work and, further, limited options for progression which has lead me to look for fresh opportunities.
The Stack – Seaburn. Sept 2020/ Dec 2021
Throughout college I worked as part of the bar staff at 'the Stack'. This role required me to think on my feet and perform tasks quickly and effectively whilst maintaining a social and personable touch. Shifts were often busy and demanding, with varying and often changeable responsibilities that stretched and expanded my skillsets within hospitality.
I was rota’d for 30 hours a week, and often stepped forward for additional cover alongside effectively managing my studies and energy levels. I completed my Level 3 diploma with a Distinction Merit and left the role when I moved to a new home out of the Seaburn area.
The Grand Hotel & Sunderland AFC. March/ Sept 2019
I first experienced hospitality as part of the seasonal catering term at Sunderland AFC, and with a summer role at the Grand Hotel. My responsibilities included preparation sale and service of food and beverages alongside operating the cash register and ensuring customer experience at large scale events.
