Professional UEFA ‘A’ Licensed Coach, Advanced Youth Award (U12-U16), BA Hons. Football Studies Graduate, with experience in football industry from five professional football clubs, both in England and Egypt. Experience gained from football in the community, soccer schools and football academy departments. I have a strong desire to succeed within the football industry and apply knowledge and experiences into a future role.

Colchester United Football Club, English League Two Football Club (Category 2 Academy).

Professional Development Phase Coach with responsibility to:

• Coach players in the PDP (U18-U21).
• Ensure continual development of individual players and of the coaching programme and syllabus.
• Scout PDP players at loan clubs and produce reports.
• Liaise with the AMT in the registration and de-registration of players.
• Monitor and report on individual player development through the PMA and club WhatsApp groups and meetings.
• Ensure all player reviews are kept up to date and communicated effectively through meetings and PMA.
• Contribute to the Academy recruitment department when required and available.

Barnet Football Club, English National League Football Club.

Head of Coaching, Barnet FC Academy with the responsibility for:

• All operational, logistical and administrative duties for the Academy including payroll, contracts and financial records.
• PA support to Academy Manager / Academy Department.
• Processing all player registrations U9-U18.
• Match preparations for U9-U18.
• Developing the Academy Coach CPD and coach mentoring programme.
• Leading and recording AMT meetings.
• Coaching or providing coaching support to all age groups U9-U18.
• Player progress reports and meetings for all players U9-U16 four times a season.
• Writing, reviewing and implementing the Academy coaching programme for U9-U16 players in accordance with EPPP guidelines.
• Producing the Foundation & Youth Development Phase coaching syllabus for the Academy coaching staff.
• Keeping all relevant player files up to date.
• Identify and recruit potential academy players.
• Organising and running of “Open Trials” which brought over £25k+ p.a. revenue into the department from 2011
• Helping in the organisation of any fund-raising events for the club / department.
