I am a highly motivated and personable individual with 3 years of Investment Banking experience based in London, most recently working as an Associate in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure Global Advisory team at Rothschild & Co. Prior to starting my career in Investment Banking, I studied Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London (MEng Upper Second Class) and was also a multiple championship-winning professional racing driver from 2014 - 2018, primarily competing in GT endurance races for well-known brands such as Lotus and McLaren. 

I am currently looking for my next challenge and to relocate to Dubai. I believe that Dubai is a fast-developing region in the Finance industry and offers exciting growth opportunities over and above London. I am available to relocate and start a new role immediately.

• Member of the Consumer, Retail and Leisure sector coverage team, primarily engaged in sell-side M&A advisory and active plc coverage with a focus on the Consumer and Leisure sectors
• Promoted to Associate 1st April 2023
  • Currently engaged in 3 live mandates including the sale of a leading British Gin brand, the sale of the Camden Market Estate and active coverage for a UK plc in the Health & Fitness sector o Led the preparation of pitch materials to successfully secure the Gin sell-side and plc coverage mandates
  • Primary sell-side responsibilities include leading the preparation of marketing materials; liaising with potential buyers to gather ongoing feedback and identify actionable next steps; assisting management / external advisors with preparation and review of the sell-side business plan; and leading the weekly all-party meetings between client and advisors 
    • Discovered multiple errors in the mechanics of the Camden Market Estate financial model (prepared initially by external advisors) on the day of materials distribution to potential buyers, preventing the team from distributing incorrect forecast financials
  • Primary plc coverage responsibilities include periodic valuation analysis (DCF, LBO and trading comparables) to assess potential takeover risk; sourcing potential M&A opportunities to facilitate international expansion; and preparing potential equity raise returns analysis to fund accelerated site roll-out targets
  • Responsible for managing analysts on internal sector coverage work across the Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and Tobacco sectors o Coverage tasks include sharing real time news and results announcements with internal teams; assisting in the preparation of marketing materials; and sharing three-weekly trading comparables and news updates to the leading UK PubCo management teams
  • Responsible for preparing the marketing materials, attending site visits with potential buyers, and guiding management through the Q&A process in the £620m sale of Butlin’s from Blackstone’s portfolio

• Lead Analyst advising Fortress (underbidder) in the take-private of Morrisons plc, primarily assisting in the preparation of the operation model and valuation analysis to guide bidding strategy
• Actively engaged in and responsible for financial modelling in live transaction processes and marketing exercises including operating models, DCF valuation and LBO valuation
