I am a highly motivated individual with a good work ethic and always ready to learn new things, I have been working in mainly retail based environments for the past 6 years but also have experience with administration and office work, I have a lot of experience within customer service and have always taken pride in trying to make sure the customer left satisfied with how I dealt with and answered their requests/queries. I am punctual, organised, I can follow instructions and am not afraid to ask questions if I am unsure of something.
I have worked in a variety of different work environments and therefore have also dealt with a lot of different customer bases and gained different experiences that have made me more versatile through this. 
I have worked in many different retail environments which has made me adaptable to different work environments and situations, which in turn has helped me develop and improve my social skills and confidence and because of this it also improved my customer service skills. Not only did working in retail help my customer service but this work environment was also very fast paced and within a lot of circumstances I had to use my initiative to deal with a query or request when I first started as there was very little training in most jobs I have worked  but I was usually able to get into the workflow pretty quickly as I am very hands on when it comes to learning.

I've worked many other retail jobs in which I’ve constantly been dealing with different customers and gaining good interpersonal skills through these experiences, always staying polite, calm and patient whilst trying to correct any problems the customer might have had. Working in a variety of roles has helped me be able to adapt my customer service for different people so that the customers are dealt with properly and walk away with a positive representation of the company. I have also worked in storage management and IT administration which made me very precise with my timing and good at prioritising objectives and completing tasks in a given time frame.

I studied to complete a course in level 3 music production in technology at the North West Regional College as I hope I can work in this area when I finish the course.
