Planning Engineer

  • Develop a detailed schedule in P6 including Development of work breakdown structures, Coding activities in line with client requirements, Cost load schedule, Resources load schedule, Integration of subcontractor plans/programmes into overall contractor programme, Logic Linking Critical Path analysis and base lining
  • Integrate all work package plans and ensure they are fully integrated to achieve an overall network to the company standard deploy, manage, and maintain the projects performance measurement baseline
  • Liaise with all stakeholders including contractors, sub-contractors and third parties to ensure project plans contain real time information and can be utilized as an effective management tool
  • Updating the integrated schedule throughout the project life cycle and reporting variance to the contractual dates
