I have experience in managing a small business, consulting brands such as Cartier, Cookson Adventures, Sotheby’s and Adidas, as well as leading marketing campaigns across FMCG.

Experience

Grays (acquired through Printwell UK) | Director | 2017 – Present 

  • Evaluated business operations and financial accounts resulting in the acquisition of Grays (through Printwell UK), to expand into the luxury packaging industry. 
     
  • Strengthened buying power, reduced operating costs and streamlined process such as improving 2-week quote lead times to 24 hours: ultimately increasing profit margins by 25% in 4 months 
     
  • With zero brand identity, I crafted the Gray’s brand: launching a website and creating a digital 
    marketing strategy, building on Grays’s heritage and ultimately increasing sales by 40% in 6 
    months 
     
  • Built a team of staff through active recruitment and established a training scheme for 5 graduates 
    to learn from our experienced artisans, ensuring a consistent high-quality product is maintained with the growth of Grays. We became members of Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust, an accolade awarded to businesses recruiting apprentices who were interested in artisanal, skilled careers. 
     
  • As a member of Walpole and Walpole Sustainability Council, I consulted and pitched to brands such as Garrard, Harrods, Estée Lauder and Chanel. I also supported the start-up luxury scheme ‘Brands of Tomorrow’ in creating bespoke packaging to develop their brand identity. 


Printwell UK | Director | 2017 – Present 
 

  • Following the loss of a client worth 45% revenue, I refreshed the business strategy, identified risks and managed budgets to reduce fixed costs by 20% along with improving efficiency and cash flow. 
     
  • Improved gross profit margins by 20% within 6 months; project managing and building relationships with designers, brand owners and C-suite level, at brands such as Superdrug, Love Struck, Matter of Form, Cartier and Cookson Adventures. 
     
  • Throughout the pandemic, we developed 20 new ecommerce stores for our B2B clients, enabling them to customise print and packaging online, increasing sales by 60% in 3 months. 
     
  • Increased brand awareness and organic lead generation by 500% through redesigning and building a new website. 
     

 

  • Designed and organised a Luxury Packaging exhibition stand in London Olympia - successfully winning 5 new clients such as Liverpool Football Club. 
     
  • Alongside leading a company of 35 employees, I recruited a design team to introduce a new revenue stream: expanding to the design of print and packaging collateral. 


L’Oreal UK&I | Marketing | London | 2015 - 2017

Giorgio Armani and Luxury Fragrances, Consumer Marketing Insights, Kiehls and L'Oréal Professionel 
 

  • Analysed and evaluated market research, both quantitative and qualitative, to draw insights and present to brand marketing directors. Key projects included: producing a consumer segmentation in the skincare and haircare industry for Garnier and L’Oreal Paris; and presenting a market analysis to La Roche Posay on the baby category, highlighting the key trends and consumer demographic before launching their baby product line. 
     
  • Supported in the launch of Giorgio Armani Sì, Giorgio Armani Code, Kiehls Nightly Refining Micro Peel, Kiehls Beauty Advent Calendar and L’Oreal Professionnel Smartbond across House of Fraser, Boots, Selfridges and Debenhams. 
     
  • Presented NPD and Christmas competitor analysis to the LUXE division on a monthly basis. 
     
  • Launched Kiehls on Wheels and planned the first year strategy, as well as the implementation of a 
    personalised skincare service in Harrods. 
     
  • Worked with MTV to organise MTV Brand New and promote Emporio Armani Diamonds fragrance 
    as the key partner, with celebrity attendance from Craig David and Ella Eyre. 
     
  • Forecasted sales and stock ordering with Supply Chain based on our marketing strategy. 
     
  • Initiated a weekly inspiration meeting for the team to showcase innovative marketing campaigns that were successful industry wide.
