- Employed as an Ambulance care Assistant through to Emergency Medical Technician.  

- FREC 4 qualification.

- FAC LEVEL 3 Emergency Ambulance Blue Light Qualification.

- Trained to assess patient condition and administer appropriate medical procedures, such as CPR, airway management and life support.

- Operated and maintained medical equipment, vehicles and supplies.

- Provided emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during emergency or traumatic situations.

DEC 2016 – March2017: Private Ambulance Services Essex

- Employed as an Emergency Care Assistant.

- Providing front-line bank-shift support to East of England Ambulance Trust.

- Worked alongside Paramedics during advanced life support interventions.

- Providing H.D.U patient transport.

- Company ceased to trade.

Oct 2016 – Dec 2016: X9 Ambulance Services

- F.P.O.S intermediate certificate.

- Ambulance Care Assistant, providing Patient transport.

- Company filed for bankruptcy and was made redundant.

March 2015 – Oct 2016: Fusion People. Railway support Staff Agency.

- Thameslink station night manager and customer services. Providing station security, customer service support and gate-line management at various stations.

August 2014 – June 2015 Pro- Active Rail Recruitment. Railway Support Agency.

- Docklands Light Railway working on Major Events such as the Tall Ships Festivals, British Education Event, the London Marathon, Boxing Events at the Excel Centre etc.

- Providing customer service, crowd control duties, ensuring customer safety and providing station security.

- Passed out as a Train Dispatcher for DLR for their Event Days and as a Team Leader during these especially busy times.

- Experience working for C2C over ground lines providing customer care and crowd control duties.

- Southern Rail. Trained as a Train Dispatcher from February 2015 and successfully passed out at both Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Common stations.

- Providing Train Dispatch duties and providing general customer services to commuters and ensuring their safety on the network.
