estate organisations. Extensive experience in Corporate Finance, M&A and fundraising, as a Board director in both large
corporates and SMEs. Involved in several successful exits and successfully co-founded and fundraised for a challenger bank, whilst
also performing the role of CFO for the AIM listed parent. As an exited investor in the bank keen to add value again.

- Lead on DD and raised £2.5m of seed capital, followed by 2 subsequent fundraises (with 2 anchor investors and several
others) raising c£45m to fund the bank with support from NOMAD and plc fundraising advisors
- Key role in the sale of a fast-growing consultancy business to YFM Private Equity and supported MD on post sale integration
- Developed the fast growth strategy for a fintech business and later incorporated it into the RBS payment services division
(working with Jenny Campbell from Dragons Den who was the COO)
- Created and led high performing teams in the UK and worldwide with value adding culture in several organisations
