Personal Statement

Motivated and patient secondary school pupil currentlycompleted my GCSEs. Eager to learn new skills and information. I am highly motivated and hard-working individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills. I have gained valuable experience in customer service through volunteer work at a local charity shop, where I developed strong understanding of customer queries and maintaining a positive store environment. I am now seeking a retail position to further enhance these skills and contribute to a dynamic team.

Education

Secondary School

Throughout my schooling years, I have learnt several skills such as teamwork, time management and leadership that could help me in a working environment. The social and communications aspect helped me gain confidence and improve my sense of self, whilst giving me the capability to strive towards goals I can achieve. I am talented in maths, being able to solve problems efficiently and well as improving my analytical thinking and create abstract ideas. My current GCSE Predications are almost all above 6.

Key Skills

Leadership- captained netball team to a trophy at my secondary school. I can inspire and motivate team members, as well as act with honesty, fairness and a strategic attitude.

Teamwork- Participated in several group projects during my time in secondary school. I will use those skills in a work environment and enhance group outcomes to the best of my ability.

Adaptability- I can swifty adapt to changing situations and new environments no matter the disruptions faced.

Communication- I have great verbal, writing and presentation abilities to get along with colleagues and customers.

Multilingual- (Fluent in) English, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali. I am delightful to help foreign customers communicate using my language skills.

Extracurricular activities

Ice skating- used to be a member of a figure skating team.

Martial Arts- Practised karate as a form of self-defence.

Tennis- I enjoy playing tennis in my free time to build my skills to join a club.
