With nearly 8 years hands on professional experience as a Civil Engineer with my expertise in the Highways and Civil Engineering departments, now exploring the realms of structural 3D modelling using REVIT. I am seeking a challenging position with an exciting company to express my interests in large scale fascinating projects.

Being enthusiastic, self-motivated and extremely hard working; constantly looking to improve my skillset. I am able to work under pressure to adhere to strict deadlines. My experience has accredited me with proficient use of professional industry standard software for the use in my field to produce deliverables within set time schedules.

Having worked in a fast paced Multi-Disciplinary Civil Engineering company, working on masses of multi million pound projects for the private and public sector, I am able to confidently liaise directly with clients, steak holders, and all third party service providers, confidently able to produce detailed drawing packages and to complete tasks efficiently

In addition to my civil engineering career, I am a huge car enthusiast and and also have interest in the automotive and motorsports industries.  

Civil Engineer @ Craddys April 2021 - Present

• Using Civils 3D to create various surface models and compare formations surfaces to calculate earthworks for Cut and Fill volumes. Then utilising this information to progress proposed level strategies to work to balance / provide the best solution to avoid retaining structures where possible
• Using Revit for 3D modelling of steel structures and associated drawing packages
• Producing comprehensive construction drawing packages for S278 / S38 agreements and obtaining Local Authority approval for construction
• Producing External Works drawing packages for Approval
• Site layout analysis and review from Civils / highways perspective
• Liaising directly with the client(s), other members in the design team, developers, contractors and all third party service providers
• Working on a range of highways / civil engineering projects including new designs, and improvements to existing; commercial, retail and residential developments, schools, site access, accesses, junctions, car parks, pedestrian crossings and more
