I believe that fresh perspectives, focus and resourcefulness help businesses to evolve and grow.

I am a practical, ambitious and resourceful professional who currently has nearly 10 years of experience working within childcare and educational settings. I have worked within a variety of settings and have knowledgeable experience working with children from the age of 9 months to 12 years, both professionally and as a volunteer.

I have established myself as a respected key contributor to my team and setting, and pride myself by working effectively to ensure the standards are met and exceeded.

Education

During my time studying at Aylesbury College, I trained specifically within the Early Years Foundation Stage Practitioner Role and worked within may settings providing relevant care and support to young children ensuring that all core needs and learning needs were being met and maintained constantly. I continued to work within Early Years throughout my time studying at Bedfordshire University and built upon my skills and ability when working with SEN children, not only furthering my professional development, but also providing the correct care and support for the children in need. Alongside this, my previous role as a HLTA and 1:1 allowed me to work more specifically with children who have needs and understand how to provide for them and create a supportive, safe and inclusive environment both in the classroom and throughout the school.
