A Bit About Me.

I am 16 year-old looking for a part time job to excel in whilst having a good time. 

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym because I am very into my fitness and sports, such as netball. I also love to spend time with my friends by going shopping or eating out. 

What I Can Offer.

I would consider myself to have many skills that are necessary for jobs; such as:

Communication - I find it very easy to talk to people, as well as being able to compromise depending on the topic of subject.

Confidence - I think confidence is an important skill to have when it comes to working because you aren't always going to get things right, and so the confidence is what pushes you forward to continue and not be afraid of failing - this is something that has always driven me forward because mistakes are what help you learn; and I'm all up for learning more!

Customer Service - As I find it easy to talk to people, customer service is something that comes with it because, as I previously said, I don't mind talking to anyone and will always be there to come up with solutions to problems, if necessary. 

Organisation - I am hugely organised, and this is a skill that has progressed over my teenage years via keeping all my revision and work in place. 

Technology - As I am a teenager, I'm always on the internet. This means I have had to solve problems on all sorts of devices such as; phones, iPads, laptops and even gaming consoles. I think this is highly important nowadays as everything is turning digital. 

Previous Work.

I have only had 1 job in the past, which was a part-time child nursery assistant. 

This consisted of being a team player with the staff of the nursery, encouraging children in all aspects and setting up activities for them to enjoy. 

I have had one job in the past, which was at a Nursery for 2 months during summer 2021.

During my time at the nursery, I engaged with children, parents and other working staff. 

Throughout the day, I would set out activities for the children to enjoy and help them learn new things. They were also very fond of reading which meant I read to them at least 3 times a day. 

When it came to lunch time, I was responsible for setting up the table and sorting out the portions for them to eat. After this I would then clear up the table and ensure they had eaten everything. 

Currently I am doing my GCSEs, which finish on June 17th, at Worth School. 

After I have finished the exams, I will be attending The College of Richard Collyer from September 2022 which means I have a more spacious timetable for work.
