 Address Design Investigation Query Report (DIQR), Respond Problem Notification (PN), Respond to Concession and implement design changes.
 Worked on various zones like Standbacks, Inter End Trim Panels, Ceiling Panels, Sidewall trims, Underframe and cab back wall.

 Worked on development of automotive Injection moulded GRP air inlet manifold and
injection moulded filter housing.
 Prepared manufacturing drawings by following GD&T and customer standards.
 Created digital mockup and performed fit, clash & Clearance analysis.
 Created fully parametric solid body with the help of reference model and surrounding
data using CATIA V5.

unparaetric dump file given in STEP file.
 Performed solid modelling with inputs provided by customer in the form of TIFF images with modifications mentioned in notes.
 Prepared 3D and 2D various parts like pitman arm, Tie rod arm, Steering arm as per customer requirement.
