I am a very fast learner who adapts well to new challenges and environments and am a self motivated learner.

 I have gained valuable experience in my 4 years in a licensed role by working in various settings. I began my career in Jamaica working in a 1000 bed mental health institution which managed both the physical and mental health of our patients alongside managing and overseeing the care of a 15-bed geriatric care home. I later moved to the UK to work in a 1000 bed mental health hospital, specifically within the brain injury unit performing in a specialist adult nurse role to oversee the physical health needs of over 16 patients with complex physical and psychological care needs. 

I then transitioned into the role of vaccination nurse within the occupational health department supporting staff and the HR team to ensure that a high standard of care is offered to staff as well as epidemiological surveillance for the safety of both staff and patients
