3. Delivery driver

It is being my responsibilities as a delivery driver:
-to deliver a certain package to the respective customer in prime condition and well within the deadline suggested.

- to get the signature of the customer to whom the delivery has been made (or the recipient) on the delivery invoice/ receipt.

- to take care of the delivery vehicle by cleaning it and maintain it in its best running condition.

- to check for any damages to the vehicle and send it for repairs if required.

It is the responsibility of a delivery driver to keep check of all vitals of the vehicle such as engine oil, brake oil, brakes, radiator fluid levels etc.

- to register the daily mileage of the vehicle in the log book.

- to report to the superiors about any delays in the delivery schedule due to reasons such as an accident in the way, traffic blockage etc.

-to make a record of any cash transactions with the respective customers.

-to report to the supervisors in case of any complaints from the customers.
