I’m a final-year Cyber Security student at Staffordshire University, on track to graduate with First Class Honours.

I have completed a year-long Systems Engineer internship at Fortinet, where I gained hands-on experience in network security, Security Operations, and Pre-Sales Engineering.

Along the way, I’ve earned industry-recognised certifications including Fortinet NSE 4 and CompTIA Network+. I also bring prior experience in IT Support and Cyber Operations.

Fortinet - Systems Engineer Intern (Jul 2024 – Jul 2025) 

Developed hands-on expertise in network security and Fortinet’s product suite. Supported senior engineers in pre-sales engagements, managed lab environments, and contributed to technical projects involving FortiGate and other security solutions.

Brown & Brown Insurance - Cyber Security Intern (Jul 2023 – Aug 2023) 

Monitored cybersecurity posture and supported security operations using tools like Mimecast and Qualys. Gained exposure to SecOps workflows and threat detection practices.

Ametek - IT Support Analyst (Sep 2021 – Sep 2022) 

Provided end-to-end IT support across four aerospace sites in the UK. Led device upgrades, including Windows migrations, and managed Active Directory environments to ensure operational continuity.
