After college, I was needed to work as a personal aid to my father. Through the government, I was a carer, making sure he was well cared for and safe. My work as a carer ended due to the service no longer being needed. I've been looking for work since.

Havelock Academy, Grimsby — GCSE

2010-2012

I started my high school education in my home town of Grimsby before moving to Liversedge two years in.

Spen Valley High School, Liversedge — GCSE

2012-2015

I finished out my education at Spen Valley High School after my family moved. I was heavily involved in the school’s rugby team, being appointed to team captain for a time. I got good grades and volunteered in the library on occasion. 

Taylor Hill Animal Centre (Kirklees College) , Huddersfield — Level 1 Land Based Studies & Animal Care

2016 - 2018

I set out to become a Veterinarian, but didn’t finish schooling due to my father needing help at home, hence my being a carer. I was very dedicated during my time at Taylor Hill and very much enjoyed my studies. I’d like to go back if given the chance.
