Current Role (May 24 - Present): At The Jockey Club, Aintree Racecourse, I serve as a Chef, ensuring proper ingredient prep, cooking, and presentation, maintaining food safety standards, and continuously improving culinary skills. Additionally, I work at the bar, mixing and serving drinks, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. As a Team Leader, I coordinate bar staff, provide training, and resolve issues to ensure efficient operations.
