Current Role (May 24 - Present): At The Jockey Club, Aintree Racecourse, I serve as a Chef, ensuring proper ingredient prep, cooking, and presentation, maintaining food safety standards, and continuously improving culinary skills. Additionally, I work at the bar, mixing and serving drinks, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. As a Team Leader, I coordinate bar staff, provide training, and resolve issues to ensure efficient operations.

• Assistant Manager at The Liverpool Pub (2006-2010, 2012 - May 24): Managed customer service, staff training, inventory, stock orders, and conflict resolution.
• Merchandiser at Stafforce, Leeds (May 2011 - November 2011): Worked with planograms, reorganized stores, built/moved gondolas, and engaged in teamwork and problem-solving.
• Self-Employed Manual Labourer/Roofer (2006-2008): Handled customer interactions, roofing, cementing, decorating, fencing, and ensured job completion to high standards with excellent time management.
