Economics graduate with a First-class degree, skilled in meticulous research, project leadership, and communication. Tech-savvy, I bring a unique blend of technical proficiency in variety of platforms acquired through college, university and more recently in a data analyst course. Excelled in Customer Service roles, consistently exceeded daily sales targets by 20% with a proven ability to foster positive relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction. 

Just over 1 year of customer service experience and also just under 1 year's experience in manufacturing / production operative roles. My crowning achievements were as a Sales assistant, where I consistently outpaced sales targets and frequently employed my industry knowledge to increase product transaction values. 

However, the majority of my client-facing skills like professional communication and building interpersonal relationships were built during my team as Waiter. 

My academic experience begins in college, where I focused on technical skills through IT, which transferred over well, when I took up Economics as an undergraduate. Through these two avenues I've become proficient in report building, research, presentations, analytical problem solving, Microsoft Office apps, R-Studio and a whole host of other skills.

My starring accomplishments were: achieving a First in my dissertation that lead to my First-Class degree, mentoring first-year students in my penultimate year and being the lead organizer in a team project and main presenter in front of a crowd of 200 students.
