Alexander Thomson-McLean

After successfully launching several  businesses and selling them for a sizeable profit, I am looking to get back into an employed role to further my career either in a familiar or potentially alternative direction for my own personal development. Although highly knowledgeable and skilled within my previous industries, I am keen to seek out new challenges, expanding my knowledge and furthering my skill set. Leadership and delegation, mainly through leading from the front and adhering to my own expected high standards, along with open and constructive communication and diplomacy. With this, I believe that developing individuals and teams should then maximize revenue and retention.

My previous experience sinvce 2015 consists of 4 newly launched business, all of which has been sold successfully. These cover hospitality, customer service, retail and sales & marketing industries.

Previous to this, my work history has been mostly hospitality. Starting from the basic levels, to managing venues ranging from 4-star deluxe properties to involvement with Michelin Star London locations. 

Whilst I do not have any recognised university/college degrees, my experience has guided me to the promotions I have recieved.
