Over the last few years my skills within customer service have increased and so have my responsibilities as I have become a trusted member of each team. I am always committed to pushing changes that will benefit the financial growth of the business and work well in a fasted paced environment. I always push myself into new challenges within each role giving myself goals to work towards to ensure I am always learning. Due to covid I have moved away from the hospitality sector working for NHS track and trace.
