I am a highly skilled data analyst, with extensive experience in training and project management. I have a broad range of qualifications, including a Microsoft PowerBI Data Analyst – PL300 Certificate, CiscoDevSec/DevOps, and ITIL4 certification. I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGCE), an MBA in Finance from Bradford University School of Management, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics. I hold CIMA Advance Diploma MA and was ranked seventh in the world in the management accountancy exam of CIMA which I am very proud of.

In my current role as a Data PowerBI Trainer at Learning Curve Group, where I delivered programming courses such as PowerBI, SQL, HTML/CSS & Python, Networking, infrastructure, and Cloud with Labs. I planned and delivered training programs, ensuring all learner records and reporting were kept up to date and provided promptly to support management reporting and audit requirements. I liaised with the technical trainers/team to ensure all partners received regular technical training throughout their program and provided robust exit advice to learners as they set personal goals for career progression.

Previously, I was a Data Analyst for the Scottish Tech Army, I am working on a data science project advising the Scottish Education Ministry on identifying reasons for gender gaps in STEM subjects, with a focus on computing. I am responsible for data extraction, normalization, and reporting, and I liaise with relevant stakeholders to carry out a needs analysis and disseminate communication flow.

As a Project Manager at DevBox Technologies, I oversaw project reporting and recording procedures with clients, liaised with key stakeholders, including the developers and professional teams, and prepared monthly/quarterly quality cost and program reports. I regularly monitored, managed, and coordinated with key stakeholders involving all critical aspects of the project, including cost, value, risk, logistics, neighbour relations, safety, quality, M&E, design, and environment. I was responsible for preparing detailed project plans and providing financial reports on time, including forecasts, budgets, income, fees, etc.

I have also held several positions at Queen Marys College, including Governer, Programme Leader for Business, Lecturer of Economics, Leader, Digital Adoption Technologist, and Founding member of Technology Training and Policy. I was responsible for training staff in the front-end Microsoft 365 education suite as well as Google Workspaces, engaging in digital content development, and providing one-to-one support to staff engaged in development. I helped the college set up remote open days and open evenings, took ownership of implementing Microsoft and Google Suite/Workspaces throughout students' learning cycles since 2003, and advised staff on how to develop their courses and be part of course/module development teams.
