 I am 17-year-old who enjoys working and having my independents, I would say I am a very hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a team but can also work independently.

I'm looking for work as I have just moved to Bolton. I take pride in the work I do.

I did this job for a few months only as they were short staffed, it did help me become more confident with communicating with customers.

Becoming an assistant for a MUA was quite helpful in how to handle things and showed me how to multitask.

• Replying to email queries 
• Setting up all the makeup stands, ready to be used
• Sanitising stations after each use ready for the next person

Medical receptionist in a GP

This was a apprenticeship role and I was studying L2 Customer Service at  Honley surgery ,Huddersfeild . 

I started in  September 2021 and have done it for a year. My job role was to make appointments for patients face to face and over the phone. I also had to chases results and take messages for the Dr's

I did a lot of admin work using spreadsheets and other systems. I would also work on reception greeting and booking patients in.
