I am in the process of relocating back to the UK after living in France for four years. During two of those years, I co-owned a coffee shop with my daughter. Now, it's time to return to the UK to be closer to family.

I'm eager to begin full-time work and look forward to exploring the job opportunities available.

As a dedicated and proactive business owner with extensive experience in customer service and team management, I have honed my skills in running a successful coffee shop. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. My previous roles at Sainsbury's, particularly in the pizza and deli counters, provided me with a strong foundation in food preparation, inventory management, and customer relations. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy leading a team to achieve business goals while fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers. With a focus on operational efficiency, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction, I am committed to continuing to grow my business and contribute to the success of the coffee shop industry

I hold a variety of CSEs and have successfully completed an IT course.
