I am a commercially focused, multi-site manager with over a decade of leadership experience across leisure, fitness, and customer-facing operations. I currently oversee approximately £6.9 million annual turnover, and lead teams of up to 140 colleagues, including 10 direct reports. My career includes award-winning performance, major commercial growth, and regional swim school leadership, where I consistently strengthened standards, improved compliance, and built high-performing teams.

My leadership style is grounded in clarity, accountability, and developing people to deliver exceptional results. I thrive in fast-paced environments, make confident decisions under pressure, and believe that strong performance comes from empowering teams and creating a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

I naturally take on a mentoring role, whether guiding new managers, supporting colleagues with their development, or contributing to community initiatives. I take pride in being dependable, steady, and committed to making a positive impact wherever I work.

I have over a decade of experience leading large, multi‑service operations across leisure, fitness, hospitality, wellness, and customer‑facing environments. My background spans multi‑site leadership, P&L ownership, commercial growth, and the delivery of high‑impact customer experiences. I have consistently transformed underperforming sites, strengthened compliance, and built high‑performing teams across gyms, leisure clubs, food and beverage outlets, retail spaces, events, and digital customer journeys.

My achievements include driving major membership growth across multiple Nuffield Health clubs, delivering award‑winning performance (including Club of the Year), scaling teams, improving NPS and customer satisfaction, and embedding Voice of the Customer systems. I also founded and successfully exited a boutique fitness brand, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial and operational design capability. Earlier roles include senior leadership positions at PureGym, Xercise4Less, and Empire Cinemas, where I improved onboarding, redesigned customer touchpoints, and delivered measurable improvements in service and engagement.

I hold a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Canterbury Christ Church University, supported by industry‑relevant qualifications including Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certifications. I am DBS certified, First Aid at Work trained, and committed to continuous professional development through ongoing CPD in leadership, sales, and customer experience design.
